Please read and agree to the Bi-Fork Baptist Life Trailer Inventory Check-List and Waiver prior to taking possession of and using the Life Trailer.  You may print a copy of the waiver form (pg 1), sign it, and present it when picking up the trailer or agree to its terms when reserving the trailer online by checking the appropriate box on the reservation form.  Please be aware that the Inventory Checklist may not be 100% accurate as the contents of the Trailer have been upgraded and changed slightly over time.
